How can I extract the tracks from the Cd I was given by the studio engineer?

This step is very important. You have to be really careful when you do  it!

1 – Check if the Cd doesn't have scratches or fat traces (if it's the case, don't even try, you can go back to the studio)

2- If you have a Pc: download the software audio grabber (http://www.audiograbber.com.fr/ )
3- Extraction the tracks in a .wav or .aiff format, in the file you've created on your desktop,"myalbum"
4- Log in to your Master+ OnLine account ( My Space )
5- Upload your files

2- If you have a Mac: there is nothing easier
3- Create a file on your desktop, "myalbum"
4- Open the Finder
5- Click on the audio Cd button
6- Drop the files in the folder you have just created
7- Log in to your Master+ OnLine account ( My Space )
8- Upload your files
